Is HWID ban on the motherboard or hard drive?

If it only be the HDD, the current HWID spoofer posted by T0xic would work for everyone. EAC has different methods of banning the HWID which means that for some it will work a spoofer while for others not.

On win 10 not working spoofer,win 10 launch service which save log old HWID,i am established win 7,and become working spoofer.Spoofer working only on win 7,i am got ban 7 time XD on win 10.
