Will translating make a hack undetected?
If I translate a detected VB.Net cheat into C#, will this change the sig enough to make it UD?

Most likely not, c# and vb are both .net and compiled the same way.

C# , VB , F# are all compiled into IL code which is in most part the same no matter what language you use
