step-by-step guide:

Go to your bunker and get inside it.
There are two bars on your bottom left corner indicating your current amount of stocks, supplies and your research.
For this tool to work the stock bar must not be completely empty (all grey).
Then you go to your Laptop inside your bunker and sell goods/stock. Preferably Blaine County since you wont get more money by delivering it to Los Santos. IMPORTANT: remember the amout of money you click on, because you have to type it in the cheat.
now, when you have clicked "sell", you get teleported outside your bunker.
cancel the call and wait until the amount of packages you need to deliver appears in the bottom left corner. thats the second thing you need to type into the cheat. (type in 5 if e.g. 0/5 shows up and 1 if there is a dot indicating the amount of packages you need to deliver)
now just finish the mission as usual and you will receive the money.

might sound dumb but i just got back into gta after a couple of years and i bought the bunker to use this hack but im not sure how to increase the stock or how to sell goods

Works great so far, did 4 runs and made about $18 million. Ideally the stock should be low otherwise the larger deliveries are intended for multiple people.

Use the laptop in the bunker and order supplies (you can steal them too). Once the supplies are acquired and your stock bar gets a little bit of color, click 'sell stock' on the laptop. Plug the numbers in like Ripnock's directions and then do the deliveries. Easy $ but you do have to deliver the goods.
