Paypal limitation removal

I have a 2-3 month old legit paypal and I sold something online for 2k , received the payment in paypal and tried to transfer it to my bank. Paypal limited my account and asked me to submit following things:
1. proof of purchase
2. tracking info
3. reason for selling items at lesser price.

I submitted everything immediately, they limited my account forever I am not sure why. Here is the message I get from paypal when I login.

Can anyone help me with this please.

Guess its for 180 days and then you will withdraw funds to bank

You can't do shit. Once they limit you forever, it's done. Wait half a year and withdraw your money.

Payoneer as a vba or vcc ? how much does Payoneer cost?

Sorry mate but you don't use PayPal to make such big transactions in 2019. Especially with a new account.
Your best chance is to wait the 180 days then withdraw to your bank.

yeah sorry missread, that happened to me too. It happened because you cashed out to your bank account right after the transaction, and so they limited you. Just wait 60-180 days and you'll get your money back

Playing with fire, PayPal flags anything, 2k on a fresh account.. No doubt this will happen. Some people can cash it out before the 180 days but not sure how

Dude after the 6th person saying that thanks for your useful comment! almost overlooked it!

Try contacting them and seeing why they limited it completely even though you submitted the papers, sometimes its just a n automated system that does it without paypal even knowing.
