How we supposed to use this? Inject?

Usage:
Boot up a game and head to online.
Inject Waffle.dll using the injector of your choice (though I recommend Xenos).
Press/hold F9 to start adding money to your account.

it's a god damn dll, obviously you inject it. itll say to press f9 in cmd window in opens when injected

Guys do you have any injector for this? Xenos is not approved and it is virus...

Xenos worked. Press f9 to open ingame!

tested with Xenos and worked, sometimes it gives you more than 10kk, thanks for share

Trust me, it's not related to the release itself, GTA Online's servers are pretty overloaded right now.
It happened to me and I didn't cheat money for over 2 years, so yeah, this DLL has nothing to do with your problem.

It's not easily detected, but no cheat is undetectable, you should be fine anyways.
The first ban is 30 days anyways, so no big deal, the second one is permanent though.

If you gonna release hacks/tools coded by others, published on other forum/websites, at least give proper credit to the original creators (in this Case a guy named "Cych")... and try to at least give a hint on how this works as there are people here who are new to this.
You can get banned for using this as your account might get flagged for adding high amounts of money in a short time.
Also you could link an injector.
