Rez Modification Fix 2018

Seems like i got Rez Modifications working again.

Just put the file into your Combat Arms Classic Folder and run it.
The Program will create a new FixedEngine.exe and FixedEngine2.exe and you will have to run either of those two
with a Shortcut.

Just create a Shortcut and rightclick it and add -windowtitle "CombatArms" to the first TextBox

All your mods now go into the Test folder.
