All coding teams are fail. This is the C++ section dipshit. I don't know anything about VB, nor do I wish to. Your a nobody why would I want to join your damn coding team. And what qualifies you, a person with near zero experience in programming to choose applicants? Based on what?! A criteria of who can kiss ur ass more?

And before you go assuming how smart someone else is. Take a little time and think yourself (split a few braincells) and perhaps you can figure out what sarcasm is when you see it.
