Just checking. I've bought something via PayPal. I've asked someone for their services to refund item and they're asking for access to that PayPal account. Is that normal? They appear to be highly vouched.
Depending on the store you’re refunding. The refunder could be using the dispute method on PayPal. What store are you trying to refund?
Find a different refunder.
The different IP will mess up with your account, and this is only one of the few drawbacks to giving him an access.
Do NOT give him access. He might do an unauthorized claim, it's instant however your paypal account will be fucked!
It's Oneplus UK.

It's Oneplus UK. I think I'll refrain giving him access. He's in another country, the IP addresses will fuck up PayPal.
I normally give my customers instructions for opening a claim. PayPals logs IPs, browser fingerprints, etc.

I have added you on IM to discuss mate.
HE should give you instructions on what to do
not to give him access to his account
Don't give him access to your pp acc as others have said, it could screw up your pp potentially
