@Markik1 apparently sent me funds that I haven't seen, in order to buy an Office 2019 PP 1 User key from me, I was on a vacation and I haven't sent him the key yet, I'm willing to send him 5 User key because of the delay.

Yes, i recieved the key, but since all of this happened few weeks ago, i am not in need of an key anymore, since i had to buy from someone else.
do you mind refunding me instead?

Seems reasonable as the report was about a week ago, @OopsYa @Markik1 please let us know once a refund has been issued.

I am sorry, but I dont have BTC at all, and paid by PayPal. If its okay with mods, unbann him and he can get funds then refund me later. We can set 1 week as tineline IF thats okay

Sorry that's not how this works, original payment was also through PayPal. Either you refund him through PayPal or re-open the dispute at a time when you can.

I've been told that the refund was only really issued because you were shown a police report or something. Since that raises some suspicion, you'll be given a 3 month blacklist. During this period, you will not be allowed to participate in the marketplace at all.

Ban has been lifted.
