You basically pay for the service. You get matched up with Bot Accounts which will kill themselves, etc.
This happens on Maps no one else plays - Office & Vertigo (maybe even more - I left that business last year).

I am not sure what he can tell you more about. You technically can do this on your own, but you need the
know-how and around 20 - 30+ instances of Bot Accounts.
