This is a private EAC Bypass. When I say private, I mean it's not available on MPGH at the current moment, you have to find one for yourself. Also, discussing private bypasses on MPGH is against the TOS, so I advise everyone to refrain from doing so.

You will not be able to go above 1 Million bloodpoints as you see this person doing though. As long as you spend everything as soon as possible, you will be fine.

2. They won't be safe anyway even if not going over 1M because: the savefile editor is detected, they track bloodweb logs for the ones not being able to block them like you using 'hosts' .
