Explaining how to buy weapons.

How do you can buy the weapons? Becouse the way i'm doing it isn't working.
first you activate your bypass etc. Then you go to the itemshop. Then you Activate the hack by pressing ctrl + f1 , ctrl + f2 , ctrl+ f3. But where can you see the weapons? Becouse i can't see them.
