i dont think you get banned for a Console hack.

and there are tons of hacked servers. but i want to know how to host a game like that.

Yeah I agree, Last night I click on find game and go filtered into two different servers with speed hack, jumping and max XP level 70 per shot and this was legit on steam playing on IWnet retail game everyone was trying to figure out how this happened. I thought it was kind of cool and fun, it would be awesome to know how to do it.
