Select how much the gun recoils (probably low or medium for most guns in this game) Press F6 to activate. As you click it drags your mouse down. Therefore reducing recoil. It can never be patched.

call of duty modern warfare 2 has vac not x-ray or UAC2
it works, although i didn't find my AK-47 to be much more accurate having it on than having it off, maybe i need a lil more practise at it :P

i have the same question. X-ray is used for onlin league play, can this be seen by X-ray?
Might not be able to be patched, but I'm sure if VAC discover a lot of people using it, they can add a process searchdow title named Anti-Recoil v1.1. and if found, equalling the-ban-hammer? Am I right?
