Jesus config+micro teleports

Hello everyone,today I decided to do something useful for this forum at least 1 time and so I upload my own config for you,this config contains the so called micro teleports during the reversal.
Also this config is suitable for RU users who hate hits in Windows,because after jumping out of the window, they will be pushed forward after the jump.
Also this config can be converted into a speedhack,that is there will be something like the clumsy program only in the config

How to make such effect that they could not hit you in Windows any more-As soon as you pressed the button of a jump in a window minimize game (alt+tab) and wait 1 sec then expand game and enjoy without hit.There are a lot of moments in the video that should have been 100% hit.Example Timecodes:00:51, 01:56, 07:17, 11:53

Due to what kind of settings is the effect of "micro teleports" achieved? In which file? Almost all of them are empty, and those that do not contain the usual settings for configs. Maybe I missed something? Therefore, I ask. On the video, I also did not see a noticeable effect. Or is there some special moment?

@basementbubba 4:15 Timing in video,by reducing the screen resolution and new settings in the engine,that is the lower your resolution the more teleports you will have from side to side and you will be able to do 360 spins very easily.This only works on low game graphics settings and up to 100% screen resolution.There is no such a strong delay in reversals

so you cant get chainsawed or hatcheted?Anyway i could remove that?

@dghdh if youre afraid to get ban don't worry, you won't get banned for it, because it's not a software,EAC can't detect (for now)

should I install all the files or only engine and gameusersettings?

Hmm. With this config 7/8 searches of lobbies - infinite loading. Delete file and normal games again.
