[Help] Looking for guidance/tutor for project

Hi, I am currently enrolled in a C++ class in school atm, I have a really tough assignment due in a few days which I am really lost in. It is probably simple to people who is knowledgeable about C++ (I have only been in Java classes and there is things about C++ that confuse me). If anyone is willing to help I can pay for your time.
