On the first screenshot the file below osu!.cfg is the osu!.db file called just osu! and at the right it says Data Base File as extension

I didn't notice that the Replays folder was missing. it didn't help

You can't use OsuReplayEditorV2 anymore, peppy updated some things on db file so the program cant recognize it anymore, only replayviewer(that is the same program but without editor option) works, because the creator updated it (but he didn't update the editor version)
