Unknown Crash Hack ?!?!?

I go into a game usually quarantine and guess what?
Theres a hacker there that has over 1000 kills.
He keeps killing me over and over again if hes human or zombie
Then when another round starts, I crash.

Is this some sorta VIP Hack i know nothing about?
Cuz people like that have been doing it to me all day.....
