[Src Question]Sorry for being noobish...

I know it's kinda a noob question but I'm testing out a rewrite of Gellin's base for personal use and I'm pressing "Build" and it comes up with error 1>c:\users\vampire penguin\downloads\cabase\cabase\cabase\Files.h(15) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'd3dx9.h': No such file or directory. Can anybody help me and/or give me a DL for d3dx8.h???

EDIT: Found the answer. Nvm.

I'm just learning, and to start off I'm modding Gellin's to get the hang of it. Can't be asked to release it tho, this place has too many Gellin-ers.

Meh, I just use random names most of the time. And it was to do with source so I thought here. Sorry :S

Great. Now I've got another problem.

Any idea WHERE this d3dx9.h file is in the SDK? I searched and found nothing.

also make sure you compile the ENTIRE thing and not just one file

You have to hook the linker and project with the directx you installed...
