Hey folks, is there any replay editor that is free?

I know a certain someone who was working on his replay editor, but i don't think it'll be released any time soon or at all.
There is some old replay editor on github, but you need to fix it first.

alright so I tried it blah blah blah but when I launch it, it gives me a prompt saying it can't read osu!.db. I tried deleting it and letting it rebuild it when I launched it up again as it said and it didn't work, does anyone know how to fix that?
