Is there any blue essences bot? Or something that makes you level up easily so you can get lots of champion shards?

Keep an eye on the market place if you're interested.
The most well known leveling bot is ElixirBot. I've used it, it's meh and it only plays bot games. Plus side is it is cheap and client sided. However, AI is really stupid and can really only play soraka.
I would reccomend just buying a 5 dollar acc with 60k be
The best you can do is buy an account, its cheap and safer
