Use a Trusted VPN, spoof to Argentina or another country where the currency value is very minimal to USD, go on Battle.net and register yourself in Argentina, log on to Call of Duty either via the Activision WebPage or in-game and buy call of duty points. Usually 10,000 Cod Points are 100USD, with the Argentina spoof, the cod points are 3900ARP which is about 50-55USD.

I made an battle.net account over vpn in argentina.
After that i linked the battle.net account with my activision account.
No when i try to buy the points in the battle.net shop with credit card, i always get a message

"Heads up!
Something went wrong. Select another payment method or try again later."

The vpn is still on during i try to purchase, i used a bill adress in argentina.
So what do i wrong ?

You can't use your own credit card since the billing address isn't located in Argentina. You have to go to a third party site such as Kinguin or G2A and get an Blizzard Balance Card or Gift Card, add the funds to your Bnet account whilist on the VPN, and then you can buy everything from there.

I managed to pay with the credit card, but now I have the problem that I can't start MW, because I have to register with an Argentinian mobile number in battle.net. but I only have one German.

The country code is already predetermined and cannot be changed.

How did you solve the Problem ?

I would suggest using a VoIP service and making the number registered to Argentina. The one I used was, https://www.getsms.me/index
Register an Account, goto Payment, buy number of coins needed, goto Payment Verification, and then you can use an Argentinian Number with that to pass the 2FA
