SSL Pinning Bypass 4.0.2 (for those with Fiddler issues)

Okay so I kinda decided that enough is enough. I had enough problems with Fiddler causing an endless amount of issues for not just me, but many others here as well.

So in the quest to find a working solution, I looked around and tested a few things and thus finally found another way on how to obtain the "bhvrSession=" key which we all need. I will make a thorough guide here on how to get your "bhvrSession=" key which should theorethically always work unlike as with Fiddler.

1: Download and install HTTP Debugger. This tool is crucial as it replaces Fiddler. It is also capable of HTTPS/SSL decryption and is thus exactly what we need.
2: Run HTTP Debugger and when it asks you to install the Certificate in order to decrypt HTTPS/SSL Traffic, then allow it to do that.
2.1: I personally recommend you to reboot your PC in order to make all programs use the newly installed Certificate and thus they allow HTTP Debugger to capture their traffic, although this isn't a must I do recommend you to do so.
3: If you didn't reboot your PC, close HTTP Debugger and open it again so that it can start capturing HTTPS/SSL traffic.
4: Download the "Automatic SSL Pinning Bypass" in @mguserman his post, which can be found HERE. (In case you are having issues with the Automatic method, try the manual method which can be found on the same thread, or try this second Automatic method which @flynn1 made me aware of, you can find it HERE)
5: Enter the FULL Dead by Daylight path in the "path" file located in the extracted "DBD SSL Pinning Bypass" folder. It should look something like this (without the "" marks): "D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Dead by Daylight" (I have the game on my second drive).
6: Start the "DBD SSL Pinning Bypass.exe" file and wait until it tells you to start the game. By now you should have both "HTTP Debugger" and "DBD SSL Pinning Bypass" running.
7: Start Dead by Daylight when the "DBD SSL Pinning Bypass.exe" tells you to do so (it will say "Wait process...").
8: Enter the game and get to the Main Menu where you can choose what you want to play (Killer, Survivor, etc).
9: Go over to HTTP Debugger, and start to look for lines in the URL list called "https://steam.live.bhvrdbd.com/" followed by some other things behind the "/".
10: Find the first one which has a Tab in the bottom called "Cookies". In the "Cookies" tab, you will find your "bhvrSession=". Just copy that, and Profit.

Here a screenshot for those of you who want to see how it looks like in HTTP Debugger and what you need to look for, I also obviously blacked out my bhvrSession key (everything marked in RED is what you need to look for. Usually "https://steam.live.bhvrdbd.com/api/v1/config" will contain your cookie, however if it doesn't just check the URL's below, one of them will contain your cookie/bhvrSession key):

Alright enjoy, I hope this guide helped you to get the bhvrSession key properly this time. HTTP Debugger is btw a software you need to purchase, however it is free for the first 7 days. What you do with it after that is up to you.

I have an old Account which has been banned by a Developer of DBD (not EAC) a year ago. Is there any way to bypass this to use my old Steam Account for DBD? A way with fiddler or any bypass method? would be nice

That I honestly can't say, I haven't looked into all the data the game transfers to the BHVR servers and back. I can imagine there to be a way, however it most likely is a private method as a public method would quickly get patched. There was a way to play as killer a while ago even though you were banned, however this method has by now been patched. I don't know of any public workarounds for now, you might have some luck with some private methods if you do manage to find someone who has one, although I can imagine it to be cheaper just buying a new account.

Check the files for Integrity through Steam first, then try again. The program is pretty clear on when it does what, and it works perfectly fine for most people. In case it doesn't for you, make sure you don't close the software after you have run it. Keep it running in the background until you close the game, and once you closed it press Enter in the software to restore the original file.

go to the feedler and copy cookies

You didn't explain at all how you made it work. Also, Fiddler apparently doesn't work for many people here as I have noticed, so if it works for you then great, but it doesn't work for many people because the game either says there is "No Network Connection" or other issues that Fiddler causes.

Check other threads for that, this method I provided only gives you the key necessary in order to be able to modify the savefile or change player level, etc.

Oh cool, I am glad you got it to work with that one then~
I kinda assumed the Automatic one would work for everyone, but I guess it isn't perfect either. Anyways glad you got it to work

1. Clic 'AutoResponder'
2. Clic 'Import...'
3. Go to C:\Rules
4. Select 'bypass.farx'
5. Clic 'Open'
6. Make sure that 'Enable rules' is selected
7. Restart Fiddler 4

Launch Dead by daylight

!! it will not take your ban away, you only get access to main menu !!
