If I have received a HWID ban, will I still be banned if I buy an account with EULA accepted?

Yes. Find a hwid spoofer that works with dbd, or just change your pc parts (dont remember what parts actually lmao) or just get a brand new pc if you want to play the game.
Note: HWID BAN is received if you get 3 accounts banned on the same system/pc

No, it wont. You would have to unplug your old Hard Drive, reset your PC, change RAM, change IP/Location, change MAC Address etc.

HWID bans HDD, SSD and sometimes the motherboard too. Can you show me the spoofer some time? Maybe it is the same one I use.
So which is safer or logical? Buying a new HDD and installing new Windows? Or is it just to install a new Windows with HWID Spoofer and play this way?
