Argentina method
I have a banned Argentina account, can I add a new account, gift him a wallet code from the new account, and then gift a game that converts into Argentine money to the account I opened with that account? So the process will work like this:
New account <Argentina account <New account again (So there will be a shopping between 2 accounts)

u can't gift dbd from account that has dbd banned, this is somthing i am tried myself
but i didn't understand the wallet code thing !

Never mind I fixed the problem, but in my Argentina account, auric cells for dbd are still received in my country's currency, why? So my Steam store is Argentina, but when I want to buy auric cell for dbd my country currency

as I remember, use vpn to join the game.But I don't know is this still working.

no please tell me, i have Argentina account with a lot of money on it and it has dbd ban
i want ot transfer the money to any another account to buy dbd

You can't gift dbd on a banned account, you said yourself, but you can gift dlc, at least it works for me
