Which seller is best for stealth eBay & PayPal?

I notice mixed reviews and accounts still getting banned from most sellers.

Can anyone vouch that their accounts are still working?

Thats probably due to the items youre selling then. You can create a new ebay etc yourself you just need fresh everything like paypal and vcc.

yeah, they were very vague with their reasoning and wouldn’t fully explain why so I’m not sure exactly what I did.

what about PayPal verification and doesn’t eBay monitor IP?

you need to verifiy your paypal with vcc and vba (better with docs also) ebay monitors ip/browsers and many more information
you need to follow stealth guide to be safe.

You would need to reset your IP and clear history and cookies definitely yes!
