Connect to full realms

I've been trying to do O3 a lot and when I do I notice there's sometimes 90+ people in oryx how do they connect to the full realm?

Direct connect using /goto 255.255.255.255 (example ip) and you get the ip from a certain website.

It is one of the websites that bots spam in the nexus. Not sure if allowed to post here so I wont

are the ip's free to get or do i have to pay if its free send me the link as well please
