I'm currently selling an Unlock All service for Call Of Duty Modern Warfare & Warzone, our prices vary from 25$ to 40$ depending on what you want to unlock. We take full disclosure on customer customization of unlocks, so you choose what you want specifically and we do it for you.
We have our own undetected software that we use -- We have been using it for around 6 months, it doesn't change any hex code thus it's not bannable (Unless you use Developer Only / Unreleased items. Your own Disclosure) .

• Basic Package - 25$
  We'll unlock 20 weapons with camo & attachments of your choice and save them to your blueprints for usage. Yes, this includes point shop camos and blueprints -- Anything you want.
  One skin included
  
• Basic + Calling Cards / Emblems & Emotes / Vehicle Skins - 30$
  Ever wanted that 'Weapon Mastery' calling card? Or maybe you want something that not many people have! Well, we have you covered. We provide the basic service plus several other customizations at your choice -- Vehicles included.
  
• Full Package - 40$
  This package includes everything in the game, player skins, finishers, weapons, vehicles, all at your own choice.

Is this a permanent/hard unlock or is this based by custom/saved guns?

If this is permanent/hard, I'm very interested in a full package. PM'd.

As far as i'm aware - The Full Package does indeed include Permanent/Hard Unlocks as you suggested ( According to my partner ), as it's a different method than the other options. The other options are custom/saved guns & Items.

This is a hard unlock right? As I have a program that lets me use whatever skin and operator but I have to launch it then save it each time I want to change something.

its good yeay its hard lock but for price its cheap got change everthink me warzone end mp.
everthink will unlock u can EQ you own choose wapon calling card everthink respond verry fast even u need help.
