Wayfair Canada METHOD

Hi everyone,

I've been searching around for this and don't want it to get abused for sure. But from my research it seems theres a couple of popular methods people have been using.

1. DNA
2. Item arrived damaged.

I'm leaning towards the damaged method but want to hear your opinions. Looking to discuss this and if anything I can share my other methods,
Bestbuy, amazon, pizza pizza, starbucks, chipotle, and so much more. Just wanna learn this as a hobby thanks.

Any help in terms of process or limits and items would be helpful

Wayfair will always be incredibly easy. Most orders can be refunded using the DNA method. You have to take in consideration that most items that can be easily DNA'd would be small or lightweight items under 100lbs. Most items large, bulky, or extremely heavy will always be shipped by freight. ANYTHING shipped by freight is not refundable. As anything that comes off a commercial truck is your responsibility. Once the driver signs off the trucking company is no longer liable for stolen items, hence the DNA method won't work. Damaged orders do work, but sometimes companies require proof of damage/malfunctions, which can get a little tricky without a good photoshop job. A lot of the times depending on the items for say a large couch or even a refrigerator will cost the company a lot of money to pay return shipping. Nearly any company will rather scrap the item as a loss vs paying $300-2k to ship the item back to them. So in other words the company will most likely refund you for the inconvenience. ive only done wayfair once, 1.5-2k item, about 500lbs. was delivered freight but it was an outside no contact drop off so they just left it (in the rain behind effing trees). it was never marked delivered on the order page by the freight carrier, was able to DNA it. literally no questions asked, i think it was marked as out for delivery by end of day. waited a few days and said it never showed.

Not saying my experience is common or the norm, just wanted to share it if it can help anyone.
