Well first of all, this is your best sig so far, so progress is appartent so good job there. The effects behind the head and right are nice. Try not to overuse the lighten mode though.
Thecrit, i think that the effects are too strong lighting wise at each side and they do not refelect onto the focal properly. The text is ok, i'm undecided about whether i really like it or really don't.
