i did not update the video as i find no reason to...

i have uploaded it as an .LTB file

instructions
open Rezinjector.exe
browse for your GUNS_M_PV_SG.rez file it should be in C:/NEXON/Combat Arms/Game
now click add and browse for M590_ANIBASE-1.LTB
click inject
go to your combat arms game folder and put GUNS_M_PV_SG.rez in a safe place
rename GUNS_M_PV_SG.rezNEW to GUNS_M_PV_SG.rez
