Reset to rank 1

Hello, I tried all tuturials of you but i cant reset to rank 1 no prestige omg im tired of it...Cant nobody help me? Im Prestige 8 lv 18 litle info maybe help

which tutorials have you used?

if its not getting you lvl 1 without prestige after deleting all file from the 2 folder, just close again then delete again the 2 files in remote. then start it back. should be working if not keep reclosing your game and deleting all file again.

First time just took me 3 time of deleting file to be lvl 1

PS: don't forget to lvl up lvl 2 after getting it restarted or it won't save
