If u canceled the backup after saving the file, then no way.
And u saved a backup copy, then it should be in the same folder with the modified file.

Edit:

To get a speed increase on killer, you can use the perk Deerstalker.
Just search for Perks/Deerstalker and start pasting at 2F.
The offset to edit the speed is 1F319FB.

You can edit the speed by opening the file, pressing Ctrl+G and going to 21DF9E6.
Look for Single (float32) in the data inspector, that's the speed multiplier.
0,20 is a 20% increase. If you only want 10% you can change it to 0,10.
