Save Profile Adding Limited Items
Im trying to give myself limited items such as vaccine from nemesis and lament configuration from cenobite as well as other flash bangs and other potential items. Not really for anything but curiosity sake. Is there a way to edit the profile txt or an editor, and how would I find the names so I can add these to it?

The items you mentioned are in trial items only. Flashbangs can only be crafted in trial and lost upon escape, same applied with vaccine etc.
No way to have these items in player inventory and be selected at the beginning of the trial. Use perk Flashbang from Leon - DBD WiKiⓘ

Yes and no
The save file I use actually shows vaccines and flash grenades I havent tested if they work in game though they show up in my inventory I could show you how I did mine through dc because i cannot post links as i have under 15 posts

I had those in mine but they are useless, even if you equip it doesn't show in character's hand. It's also a bad idea even if it worked because if anyone sees it in lobby you're gonna get manually reported, so I used a save editor to remove vaccine and flashbang.
