im in my right and will get compensated but man is this some bullshit

was literally driving 30 km/h and still couldn't break in time cuz the idiot came in so quick

both cars are trashed though mine might be fixable
but still its an expensive ass mercedes not gonna repair it

Could of had a rocket to stop u wouldn’t have helped in this case, the other person literally jumped infront of me, I had like 2 meters to stop.

It has an autodetection system and auto brakes, there was nothing to be done

I’m all good thx my dude, I was bracing and expecting it to hurt but I got off with a light push.
If it was 50/h+ it would of hurt us both much more, I hit her engine block so I felt the stop, she got hit from the side so she got her head hit against the window
But it was merely a light concussion. We both got off easy.

I saw her driving in and she didn’t look in my direction once whilst she’s supposed to stop, it was crazy man

yes but the auto brake system is a few seconds faster than a human being ever can calculate, it braked before i could even move my foot so your polo would of been scrap lmao

not very smart of them, one interaction with an insurance lawyer is 1-1.5k, we're going to have like atleast 10 interactions each, gonna cost them over 20k in court expenses so I don't think they'll refuse a fair compensation
