I don't know, but if you packed a VB project with Themida, would it stop people from being able to unpack (or w/e) it.

Some people pack theirs with other stuff though. For example, Gfag packs his hacks with some strange packing shit that PE Explorer can't unpack.

whut about meh? lolanyways as far as themidia goes Oreans is the creator of themidia packing. You could probably find a cracked version of themidia online. Unless you want to buy it but its $200 bux so yah...

well, if ANYONE has a link, you are trusted.
Don't use Themidia , anyone with enough knowledge can memory dump and use the dump to unpack a program packed by themidia. (Not that it is easy, but it is possible for everyone regardless of the measures you take.)
Instead of using a cracked version of themidia use a obfuscator, there are numerous free versions that work very well with vb.net
