The application itself does not work, no one said anything about using fiddler.

As for using fiddler, the purpose of the application was to allow set breaking, getting early access to cosmetics, or having access to disabled items.
So instead of making it easily accessible, the only way now is to take it from Cranch, or wait for someone to actually upload and maintain it here.
Which the only person who will do that is someone who takes it from Cranch and isn't capable of actually creating it themselves.

But the issue you're having isn't because of my discontinuation, it's because you're trying to use a FiddlerCore application on Steam despite it quite clearly saying in the title 'EGS and MS only'.
