I think we should offer Silver VIP membership with 3 promo codes a month. It would be pretty elite.

It's not discontinuing the Bronze edition. I mean, yesterday one guy bought VIP 6 times with the same account. :| Some people have more money to spend, why force them to buy bronze if what they really want is a silver. 3 promo codes sounds like more like a deal to me.
