Anyone else feel like suing Punkbuster?

1. Stop acting smart, you are not good at it.
2. Punkbuster does not "scan" your computer. If they did I would have been banned a long time ago.

You didn't read the EULA close enough...

" Licensee further acknowledges and accepts that PunkBuster software may be considered invasive. Licensee understands that PunkBuster software inspects and reports information about the computer on which it is installed to other connected computers and Licensee agrees to allow PunkBuster software to inspect and report such information about the computer on which Licensee installs PunkBuster software. Licensee understands and agrees that the information that may be inspected and reported by PunkBuster software includes, but is not limited to, Licensee's Internet Protocol Address, devices and any files residing on the hard-drive and in the memory of the computer on which PunkBuster software is installed. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that if Licensee does not want Licensor to collect and process such information, Licensee should not use the PunkBuster software. "

It says it's allowed to inspect the files on the hard drive/memory that you install PB on, lol. It doesn't mention only scanning active processes.

probably one of the stupidest things a noob has done on this forum, call out a legally prepared document saying that they didn't specify or claim the rights to something when it plainly says it in writing...

WHY do they have a process running the whole time even when you're not playing a PB enabled game? to send back information about your HDD and scan for hacks! that is illegal. they scan all your files for stuff like that and it IS an invasion of privacy. I am surprised no1 has sued PB for this. it must be because the people who sue are afraid they will loose or something. But dont worry ppl as soon as i come into a large ass ammount of money ill sue them for all they got and hopefully put them out of buisness(i wish).
