[RELEASE] 365 Dots LOGIN Background

What's up fellow MPGH members, its me with my first mod. I hope that you guys enjoy it!
I uploaded the injectible in a RAR because the attachment of the full .rez wasn't working, I got an error message at the end. Installation: Inject into UI_SCR_LOADING.rez
