How do you hear ghost with headphones?

I got really good wireless headphones and i can hear breaths but i cant indicate where they are any tips?

But the REAL way to indicate where it's coming from is to use 3D sound on your sound card. CF already HAS 3D sound, but you may have it disabled in the game options or your card may not support it.

I got NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430, its 2 years old and i belive it does support 3D sound
