In-game. Desktop is auto-adjusted to the in-game resolution while you're playing and reverts back when you quit.

fps might help
if u can change it cause maybe the fps is too low

It has nothing to do with your computer. I built a computer with $3500 worth of parts 3 months ago, and it had weapons lag too. It's not your computer, it's just a glitch.
