What do you mean by two sides of a conflict? Two different people or two difference forces working against each other?

Thats what im tryna find. i mean to every kind of conflict theres more then two sides, example iraq vs america, politics you have 2 partys against each other, or when it comes to fighting against the environment. theres always something vs something.

i just need an example that aint so often used.

A conflict is two forces working against each-other. There are such things as internal conflicts. Where, say, for example, person1 is in a conflict with themselves(but even then it's separated into two forces within person1).
