When You Download The .RAR File There Is A Folder In There. This Folder Contains All The Resource Files Needed To Run The Program. If You Do Not Extract All The Files To The Same Folder As The Crosshair Then It Will Crash And Will Not Work Even For a Second. I Hope You Like This

i try normally,.. right click open as admin, and still crashes...
and blu's is reli flickery..it it just my comp u think?
