yes,It shuts down the excess Programs that Bogs down your computer. It is perfect for people who only have maybe 1 GB of Ram, It frees up about 175 MB of Ram for Windows 7(That helps a lot whether its for gaming or just simply surfing the internet)

btw, GameBooster isn't a big help to users like me, who clean their pc regularly and monitor their processes.
but for others, it's great.
If you're running a laptop and activate GameBooster, I suggest you watch which processes you check mark
Because when I first used GB on my laptop, my scolling stopped working, del button and lots more
also, if you're going to print something on your computer, remember to deactivate GameBooster because it also shuts down your PrinterConnections and such

This deserves to be a sticky because it helped me out shitloads

My brother use this program to run game faster, but it does the opposite, causes lagg.

I guess it's because it closes so many processes that need to be runned. But idk

I use it and I don't see a big difference in performance. Maybe it's because I regularly maintain my comp. I reckon this will be of great use to all the others.

@jabuuty: I have windows 7, want to try when my computer goes crazy with lagg?

Yep, if you maintain your comp well, it won't need GameBooster or GameBooster won't be as effective.

I need it bad I think cause without Game Booster, My computer is a piece of shit lmao although Im running Windows 7 on 1 GB lol
