Start with reading c++ it can take years to learn how to make those kind of hacks.. Maybe you shuld start out with VB or Cheat engine.. GL

can you give me some tips on how to use cheat engine to create hacks or for that matter VB ??

VB is very good to start with........

I lot of people think chams are relatively easy hacks to start off with, but they are not. I think you should begin with memory hacking. Hell_Demon made some tutorials on hacking MW2 in the C++ section.
