THIS is my problem!

You all can see it I don't have the freaking button!!
SO can someone tell me how to get the button there?
(Manage Attachments button is not there can someone
tell if u see it somewhere from the pic)

PS:I guess i don't have everything there... only those
4 buttons and "Notificatin Type" thing and thank you

You need to verify your account.

Go to the email inbox you registered this account with. There should be an email from mpgh saying registration code blah blah. If you can't find the email, try checking the spam. Click on it and it'll give you instructions on how to verify your account. After those steps you can manage attachments.
