Hello i was just wondering how do u post a utube video here? plz someone answer

In your "advanced posting window" there is a button that says "Insert Link". Just copy the URL and paste it into your post box and highlight it then click the URL button.
Or you can just put [ URL ] (insert URL here) [ /URL ] without any of the spaces
