Does anyone know what can "Lower" my lag?
I've Tried every thing.. but yeaaaa...
Um i use Game Booster... and that doesn't work..
i took off TEXTURES.rez but nothing..
i lower my graphics.. but nothing..
oh. I don't lag but when it loads the map i died like 2 times.. and then i see my screen.. which is pathetic..
Is it cuz i need more ram?

its probably just nexon, server crashes are pretty common these days.

Your ping is at least 4 times higher then mine. So that may be your problem.

but until then I suggest you get TCP Optimizer
and use these settings:

If that didn't work, then go to:
Start>My Computer>Right Click "Properties">Advance>Settings(PerformanceSettings) >AdjustForBestPerformance>
Once you clicked adjustforbestperformance all the bubbles should be unchecked. now go to the last 3 bubbles
I repeat, last 3 bubbles and check them. So everything but the LAST 3 bubbles are checked
Now click on the Advance Tab on the top, click CHANGE, whatever your Maximum size is, that's what the
Initial size should be (for ram)

Your graphics card may not be up to date with a range of other things.

Is your internet slow?

I find that hard to believe.
