Just because he corrects people you think he should be an admin? Do you have any idea what it takes to be an admin of a board like this? It takes more then just some posts. You have to actually know how to work the board and more. That has got to be one of the dumbest questions I've seen on here. I doubt he knows anything about php or how to run a site as large as this.

ok first of all doesnt take 2 much 2 be an admin, u just look for spam and ppl usually pm u or tell u in posts wat 2 remove and wat to move, as for the spam part u think wr1t9 is doing its mainly not spam, mostly he's helping ppl,and he tests haks and posts virus scans for those that rnt posted, he might spam once in a while but mostly helping ppl, its just a lot of ppl havea lot of questions and he almost always has the answers.........i would defenetly say hes an active(VERY) active member, he answers all those choobie questions, he helped me figure out how to make a kwr acc wen i needed it and no 1 would trade me ne thing. all around good guy is my say and defenetly a moderator, and btw admin is the owned, u can only become a moderator, unluss dave wants u 2 become admin
